Chelsea's buildings add a second problem. Nearly three quarters of the borough sits in one of 38 conservation areas, and it has more than 3,800 listed buildings. Nobody wants cable chased through a Georgian staircase. Our engineers survey first, then plan mesh Wi-Fi, surface cable routes and a comms cabinet that suit the building and your landlord's consent.

What is included in managed IT support from Intouch Tech?

You get a helpdesk for every user, 24/7 monitoring, security software, patching, backups and a named account manager, all for one fee per user each month. When a broadband line, phone system or software vendor causes the fault, we take it up with them.

What does IT support in Chelsea cost?

Packages start at £49.95 per user per month, and extra cyber security starts at £9.95 per device per month. A six-person shop pays for six users. Your exact price follows a free health check of your setup.

Can you install Wi-Fi and cabling in a listed building?

Yes. We survey first, then design mesh Wi-Fi and surface cable routes that avoid chasing walls or lifting historic floors. Some changes to a listed building need listed building consent from the council, so we give you the drawings and details your landlord or the council will ask for.

Do you support estate agents and property managers?

Yes. Chelsea agents work from phones and tablets as much as desks. We secure those devices, set up shared mailboxes and give negotiators safe access to your property software from a viewing.

Do you support shops, galleries and restaurants that take card payments?

Yes. We put card machines and tills on their own network, separate from guest Wi-Fi, and keep them patched. That separation forms part of meeting the card industry's PCI DSS rules.

Do you support private clinics?

Yes. Clinics around the Fulham Road hold patient records, so we set up encrypted devices, multi-factor sign-in and backups. If you hold NHS contracts, we help you prepare for the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit.

Will you handle the move away from our existing IT company?

Yes. We review your setup, get admin access and documentation from the outgoing provider, and move you across without downtime. Most moves take one to two weeks.

Which parts of Chelsea and nearby do you cover?

All of Chelsea: Sloane Square, the King's Road, Chelsea Harbour, Lots Road, World's End, the Fulham Road and Brompton. Nearby we also cover Knightsbridge, Belgravia, South Kensington, Fulham and Earl's Court.
