We take that role. Our engineers fix most problems remotely and come to your office when the job needs hands on it: a new starter's laptop, a failed switch in a comms cupboard, a move from a Brixton studio to a bigger floor near London Bridge. Trains from Bromley South reach London Victoria in as little as 18 minutes, so central South London sits close to our base. Your team gets one phone number and one named account manager, and we deal with your broadband, phone and software suppliers for you.

What is managed IT support?

Managed IT support is an outsourced IT department you pay for monthly. We monitor your devices, answer your staff's support calls, patch software, manage security and backups, and advise on what to buy next. You pay a fixed fee per user instead of hiring in-house staff or paying by the hour.

How much does IT support in South London cost?

Our managed IT packages start at £49.95 per user per month. That covers unlimited phone and remote support, monitoring, a client portal and a named account manager. Extra cyber security starts from £7.95 per device per month. We quote after a free IT health check, so you only pay for what you use.

Do you provide on-site IT support in South London?

Yes. We fix most issues remotely and send an engineer to your office for hardware installs, network faults and office moves. Our South London office is at 1 Elmfield Park, Bromley BR1 1LU, next to Bromley South station.

Which parts of South London do you cover?

All of South London. That includes London Bridge, Bankside, Bermondsey, Elephant and Castle and Canada Water in Southwark; Vauxhall, Kennington, Brixton, Clapham and Streatham in Lambeth; and Bromley, Beckenham, Orpington and Chislehurst. We also support businesses in Croydon, Lewisham, Greenwich, Bexley, Wandsworth and Sutton.

How is managed IT support different from break-fix?

With break-fix you call a technician when something fails and pay by the hour. With managed IT support we watch your systems all the time, fix problems before your staff notice many of them, and charge one fixed monthly fee, so your IT costs stay predictable.

Can you take over from our current IT provider?

Yes. We audit your setup, collect admin access and documentation from your current provider, and switch you over with no downtime. Most businesses finish onboarding in one to two weeks.

What size businesses do you support?

We work with UK businesses of 5 to 250 users, from a small Beckenham practice to a multi-floor office near London Bridge. Our packages scale by user, so you add people as you grow.

Is cyber security included?

Yes. Every package includes endpoint protection, patching and email filtering. 43% of UK businesses found a breach or attack in the past year, and phishing was behind most of them (DSIT Cyber Security Breaches Survey, 2025). For 24/7 managed detection and response or penetration testing, we add a cyber security package. We also prepare businesses for Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus.

Do you offer 24/7 IT support?

Our helpdesk is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Managed clients get 24/7 cover for urgent issues, and our monitoring runs around the clock.

Do you support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?

Yes. We set up and manage Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, and we back up both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace data separately, so you can restore deleted email and files.
