We take that role. Our engineers fix most problems remotely and come to your office when the job needs hands on it: a new starter's laptop, a failed switch in a comms cupboard on Westminster Bridge Road, a move to a bigger floor at 76 Southbank. Your team gets one phone number and one named account manager, and we deal with your broadband, phone and software suppliers for you.
Station usage: ORR, 2024-25. Business counts: ONS UK Business Counts via Nomis, 2026 (Lambeth 036, the area around SE1 7AE).

What does managed IT support include?

Managed IT support gives you an outsourced IT department for a fixed monthly fee per user. We answer your staff's calls, monitor and patch devices, run security and backups, and advise on what to buy next. You avoid hiring in-house staff or paying by the hour.

How much does IT support in Waterloo cost?

Our managed IT packages start at £49.95 per user per month. That covers unlimited phone and remote support, monitoring, a client portal and a named account manager. Extra cyber security starts from £9.95 per device per month. We quote after a free IT health check, so you only pay for what you use.

Can an engineer come to our office in SE1?

Yes. We fix most issues remotely and send an engineer for hardware installs, network faults and office moves anywhere in SE1. You can also meet our team at 141-142 Lower Marsh, five minutes' walk from Waterloo station.

Which areas around Waterloo do you cover?

All of SE1 around Waterloo: the South Bank, County Hall, Lower Marsh, The Cut, Lambeth North, Blackfriars Road, Southwark and Elephant and Castle. We also cover Kennington, Vauxhall and Westminster. For the rest of South London, see our IT Support South London page.

Do you work with theatres, arts organisations and charities?

Yes. Arts organisations and charities around the South Bank often have evening staff, shared box-office devices and large media files. We plan support, device sharing and backups around how your venue or office runs.

Can you help us pass a client's security questionnaire or get Cyber Essentials?

Yes. Large companies and public bodies often ask suppliers for Cyber Essentials or Cyber Essentials Plus before they sign. We find the gaps, fix them and prepare you for assessment. 43% of UK businesses found a breach or attack in the past year (DSIT Cyber Security Breaches Survey, 2025).

Can you take over from our current IT provider?

Yes. We audit your setup, collect admin access and documentation from your current provider, and switch you over with no downtime. Most businesses finish onboarding in one to two weeks.

Do you offer 24/7 IT support?

Our helpdesk is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Managed clients get 24/7 cover for urgent issues, and our monitoring runs around the clock.

What size businesses do you support?

We work with UK businesses of 5 to 250 users, from a four-person studio on Lower Marsh to a multi-floor office near Southbank Place. Our packages scale by user, so you add people as you grow.
