Intouch Communications quickly set up Aristone on our scalable Hosted Communicator VoIP platform, providing local Luton numbers, call recording, remote apps and unlimited support under one simple license.

We were struggling with an outdated on-site ISDN phone system that was costly, space-consuming and difficult to maintain. After speaking with Intouch, they upgraded to a 3CX Cloud Phone System.

Intouch have been a great company to deal with. All of the staff are friendly, professional, highly knowledgeable and very helpful. They understand that the industry is complicated and explain everything clearly, in plain English, which was very much appreciated, especially having dealt with previous companies who use a lot of jargon and acronyms! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody else.

The service I receive from InTouch Communications is second to none and incredibly refreshing in an automated and impersonal world of ‘communication.’ George Ashley is one of the least pushy salesman I have ever dealt with. We made the move from business mobiles to Intouch voip phones earlier this year. This is something we were initially quite worried about doing.This has made such a difference to our PA business, with everyone with headsets handsfree so they can multitask, they can make internal calls easily and we can divert easily at times of sickness or annual leave. We can also monitor the number of calls per line which is amazing!Chris spoke through the options clearly, he then listened to what we needed and built our bespoke phone line package!Vitalis is our support and he responds at super speed and is always helpful and knowledgeable.
