We took our time in researching and selecting the right provider for our new business phone system and ultimately selected InTouch for their clear and comprehensive pitch, value for money, and for generally being good to deal with. I'm pleased to say that this level of service continued and the support and communication we receive from them is outstanding. Inevitably, teething problems will arise when introducing a new system, but every enquiry has been responded to within the hour, if not immediately, and we have always been able to speak to someone on the phone right away. The InTouch team are endlessly helpful and entirely professional, and the 3CX system is working for us so far.

I can't thank Chris enough for his professionalism and excellent customer service.�I reached out to InTouch Communications following our telephone lines going down and Chris quickly supported in terms of next steps etc (they are not our contracted IT support) and guided us to a resolution.‍He was on hand to send out an engineer if required and in fact, saved us a call out charge by following his suggestions over the phone. We are now looking at bringing InTouch onboard as our telephone and IT support due to a great experience.

Excellent service

We made the move from business mobiles to Intouch voip phones earlier this year. This is something we were initially quite worried about doing.This has made such a difference to our PA business, with everyone with headsets handsfree so they can multitask, they can make internal calls easily and we can divert easily at times of sickness or annual leave. We can also monitor the number of calls per line which is amazing!Chris spoke through the options clearly, he then listened to what we needed and built our bespoke phone line package!Vitalis is our support and he responds at super speed and is always helpful and knowledgeable. IP Telephony made easy

From our first initial conversation and within a couple of minutes, I was able to identify how well Chris' knowledge is for the products and services they offer at Intouch and overall felt confident with how he handled my endless amount of questions and worries.
