What a technology review is
A Technology Review is a free assessment of what your business technology costs and whether it still fits, run over one call by George Ashley, Senior Account Executive at Intouch Tech. It covers nine areas: your phone system and call handling, line rentals and renewal dates, connectivity, Microsoft 365 licences against actual users, devices, backups, support arrangements, supplier contracts, and what the whole estate costs per person.

You get a written summary afterwards setting out what you are paying for, what to change and in what order, and how your setup compares with how Intouch runs technology for other UK organisations of your size. There is no charge and no obligation to switch supplier.

Cost per head
Do you know what your technology costs per person?
One number,
one accountable team
Fragmented support is where days disappear. When the phones, the lines, the licences and the laptops sit with one team, nobody gets to point at somebody else.

What you get,
in writing
The call is not the deliverable. A short written summary follows it, in language you can take to your board or hand to your current supplier.

What you are paying for. Services, lines and licences set against what your team actually uses.

What to change, in order. The items worth acting on this quarter, and the ones that can wait for a renewal date.

What good looks like. Where your setup sits against how we run it for other UK organisations of your size.

Is the technology review really free?

What does the review cover?

Your phone system and call handling, line rentals and renewal dates, broadband and leased lines, Microsoft 365 licences against actual users, devices, backups, and who is contracted to support each part of it.

What does managed IT support cost if we move?

The Ultimate package is £49.95 per user per month, which includes unlimited remote support, 24/7 monitoring, Microsoft 365 management and backup. Managed cyber security is charged per device from £7.95 a month when bundled with managed IT.

What does a business phone system cost?

Business VoIP starts at £14.99 per user per month. Business broadband starts at £32 a month for FTTC 40/10, and leased lines start at £229 a month for 100Mb.

Which phone systems do you support?
