Excellent service, great people
Our experience with InTouch has been superb from the very beginning and we're very glad to be onboard with them! Huge shoutout to some key members of the team (Chris, Joe, Amy & Nikki) who have supported us throughout the implementation of our new system. Such friendly, honest and genuine people! When looking for a new provider, they were the only ones not just trying to push a sale, but actually wanted to connect with us and be completely transparent. The service I receive from InTouch Communications is second to none and incredibly refreshing in an automated and impersonal world of ‘communication.’ George Ashley is one of the least pushy salesman I have ever dealt with. In the run up to winning our business he contacted me at regular but ‘non irritating’ intervals and was always patient allowing me to be ready to change providers. (Always a pain to set up). Wrong. This is a myth. InTouch were brilliant and made the transition totally seamless. George is on the button and ready to help in a heartbeat. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you, InTouch Communications.
