We take that role. Our helpdesk fixes most problems remotely, and a field engineer comes to you when a job needs hands: a printer that won't connect on Kensington High Street, a new starter's laptop in Notting Hill, a move to a bigger office in Earls Court. You get one number and a named account manager.

What does managed IT support include?

Managed IT support gives you an outsourced IT department for a fixed monthly fee per user. We answer your staff's calls, monitor and patch devices, run security and backups, and advise on what to buy next.

How much does IT support in Kensington cost?

IT support in Kensington starts at £49.95 per user per month, ex VAT, minimum five users. That covers unlimited phone and remote support, monitoring, a client portal and a named account manager. We quote after a free IT health check.

Can an engineer come to our office in Kensington?

Yes. We fix most issues remotely and book a field engineer for installs, network faults and office moves anywhere in Kensington, Notting Hill and Earls Court. We can also meet you locally, at your office or a nearby workspace.

Which areas around Kensington do you cover?

Our IT support in Kensington covers Kensington High Street, Kensington Church Street, Notting Hill, Portobello, Holland Park, Earls Court and North Kensington. For Chelsea, South Kensington and Knightsbridge, see IT Support Chelsea.

Do you work with property firms, galleries and private-client businesses?

Yes. These firms hold client money and personal data. We lock down email, control who can share files and keep tested backups of client records.

Can you help us pass a client's security questionnaire or get Cyber Essentials?

Yes. We find the gaps, fix them and prepare you for Cyber Essentials or Cyber Essentials Plus. Packages start at £420 plus VAT.

How do we stop personal data leaking by accident?

Most leaks start with a slip by someone on your team. They share a spreadsheet with hidden data still in it, or email the wrong person. We set up Microsoft 365 sensitivity labels, sharing controls and a warning before staff email outside the firm.

Can you take over from our current IT provider?

Yes. We audit your setup, collect admin access from your current provider and switch you over. Most firms finish onboarding in one to two weeks.

Do you offer 24/7 IT support?

Our helpdesk is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Managed clients get 24/7 cover for urgent issues, and monitoring runs around the clock.

What size businesses do you support?

Teams of 5 to 250 users, from a five-person gallery on Kensington Church Street to a head office on Kensington High Street.
