We take that role. Our helpdesk fixes most problems remotely, and a field engineer comes to you when a job needs hands: a card machine near the Bentall Centre, a placement student's laptop, an office move to Surbiton. You get one number and a named account manager.

What does managed IT support include?

Managed IT support gives you an outsourced IT department for a fixed monthly fee per user. We answer your staff's calls, monitor and patch devices, run security and backups, and advise on what to buy next.

How much does IT support in Kingston cost?

IT support in Kingston starts at £49.95 per user per month, ex VAT, minimum five users. That covers unlimited phone and remote support, monitoring, a client portal and a named account manager. We quote after a free IT health check.

Can an engineer come to our office in Kingston?

Yes. We fix most issues remotely and book a field engineer for installs, network faults and office moves anywhere in Kingston upon Thames. Our London office is about 10 miles away, and we can also meet you at your office.

Which areas around Kingston do you cover?

Our IT support in Kingston covers the town centre, Norbiton, Kingston Hill, Coombe, Surbiton, Berrylands, Tolworth, New Malden, Old Malden, Hook and Chessington. For Twickenham and Teddington, see IT Support Twickenham.

Do you work with tech, media and professional firms?

Yes. They are among Kingston's largest business groups, and their clients expect strong security. We set up device management, access controls and the evidence client checks ask for.

Can you help us pass a client's security questionnaire or get Cyber Essentials?

Yes. We find the gaps, fix them and prepare you for Cyber Essentials or Cyber Essentials Plus. Packages start at £420 plus VAT.

Can someone send emails that look like they come from us?

Yes, unless your domain is set up to stop it. Kingston Council's community risk register lists cyber attacks as a local risk and tells residents and community groups to check the sender's email address. Your customers can't spot a fake if it comes from your real domain. We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC, the email checks the NCSC recommends, so other mail servers reject emails that fake your address.

Can you take over from our current IT provider?

Yes. We audit your setup, collect admin access from your current provider and switch you over. Most firms finish onboarding in one to two weeks.

What are your support hours?

Our helpdesk is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We monitor your devices and backups, and every warning goes to our engineers.

What size businesses do you support?

Teams of 5 to 250 users, from a five-person studio in Surbiton to a 200-person firm in the town centre.
