We take that role from our office by Trafalgar Square. Our helpdesk fixes most problems remotely, and a field engineer comes to you when a job needs hands: a new starter in the City, a network fault in Soho, an office move to Canary Wharf. You get one number and a named account manager.

What does managed IT support include?

Managed IT support gives you an outsourced IT department for a fixed monthly fee per user. We answer your staff's calls, monitor and patch devices, run security and backups, and advise on what to buy next.

How much does IT support in London cost?

IT support in London starts at £49.95 per user per month, ex VAT, minimum five users. That covers unlimited phone and remote support, monitoring, a client portal and a named account manager. We quote after a free IT health check.

Can an engineer come to our office in London?

Yes. We fix most issues remotely and book a field engineer for installs, network faults and office moves anywhere in London. Our office is by Trafalgar Square, and we can also meet you at yours.

Which areas of London do you cover?

Our IT support in London covers all of Greater London, from the City and the West End to the outer boroughs. For local detail, see our North, East, South and West London pages.

Do you work with law firms, finance firms and creative agencies?

Yes. Law firms in Holborn, finance firms in the City and Mayfair and creative agencies in Soho all face client security checks. We set up the controls and evidence they ask for, and handle the large files creative teams work with.

Can you help us pass a client's security questionnaire or get Cyber Essentials?

Yes. We find the gaps, fix them and prepare you for Cyber Essentials or Cyber Essentials Plus. Packages start at £420 plus VAT.

What should we do in the first hour of a cyber attack?

Follow a plan you've already practised. When ransomware hit the British Library in October 2023, attackers had been inside for at least three days, and some services took months to return. Only 25% of UK businesses have a formal incident response plan, and the government's Cyber Governance Code asks boards to rehearse theirs at least once a year. We write your plan with you, run a practice exercise and stay on call when it matters.

Can you take over from our current IT provider?

Yes. We audit your setup, collect admin access from your current provider and switch you over. Most firms finish onboarding in one to two weeks.

What are your support hours?

Our helpdesk is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We monitor your devices and backups, and every warning goes to our engineers.

What size businesses do you support?

Teams of 5 to 250 users, from a five-person agency in Soho to a 250-person firm in the City.
