What is Microsoft Power BI used for?
Power BI is Microsoft's analytics tool for turning raw data into reports and dashboards your team can actually read. You pull figures from spreadsheets, databases and online systems into one place, then spot trends and answer business questions without waiting on a manual report.
Is Power BI difficult to use?
Reading a Power BI dashboard takes no training at all. Building one takes a little, and most people create useful reports after a short session. We handle the harder data work behind the scenes, so your team only deals with the parts they need.
Can Power BI connect to my CRM, finance system or Excel?
Yes. Power BI pulls data from hundreds of sources, including Excel, SQL databases, cloud services and most CRM and finance platforms. We bring those feeds together so one dashboard shows the whole picture instead of figures scattered across systems.
How long does a Power BI project take?
It depends on the scope. A focused first dashboard can go live in a few weeks, while bigger rollouts run in phases. We agree the timeline up front so you know what to expect at each stage.
Is Power BI secure?
